How do I log in my iTunes account with a bad email address

Use the email address as it is to log in and then change it when you can.

Change your Apple ID - https://support.apple.com/HT202667 - "Follow these steps to change the email address that you use as your Apple ID." Plus special instructions if you want to change your Apple ID to an @icloud.com address. You may also wish to turn off "Find My" before changing information and turn it on again afterward.

- This is particularly important to do if you use the "Find My" feature. Disable Find My before changing your information, change the information, then reactivate it with the new information.

Home screen > Settings> Name > Find My > on/off

What is a “bad email address”?:

If it is not going through because of offensive words in an eMail Address, well I’m not so certain that would take place. But, if it has offensive words, then, well, try an eMail Address with no offensive words in it.
