Where is TV Provider go on iPhone and iPad? I need to unlink my provider and TV provider is gone from Settings

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > In Allow Changes, Tap TV Provider and make sure Allow is checked

Then go back to Settings and I believe you'll find TV Provider again.

Is it for a specific app? Try opening the app and going into its settings so you can log out.
