It is taking a very long time setting up Apple ID-How long should it take?
Just got a new ipad. Trying to set up from my iphone. It is taking a very long time-circling saying setting up apple id. How long shoud it take?

Usually it should not take a long time especially if you are not restoring any backup.
in the meantime, try completely shutting down the phone and after a minute or so, restart it. Skip the Apple ID setup. Finish setting up the phone and then do the Apple ID setup at a later time.
