Apple TV on PS4 - won't play purchased show, plays other shows.

We're using the Apple TV app for PS4.

We purchased a TV show and were able to watch a few eps. Now it comes up with an error saying it's the internet connection, but the internet is working on other devices and other PS4 apps. It's just this one show that's the problem. We're able to watch Doug (free show) fine.

What's happening?

(Tried closing the app and re-opening).
