So I’m thinking about buying a new iPhone and I don’t have a credit card can I use a iTunes gift card to buy one from the Apple store app?

No*** - Use a Apple Store Gift Cards. iPhones cannot be purchased with iTunes Gift Cards.
Apple Store Gift Cards add money to the Apple Account.
