Me iPhone with trade in

In received my new iPhone yesterday! It was supposed to come with a “trade in kit” so I could return my old one a certain amount of money off. I did not get anything. Does anyone know what I can do?

The trade in kit is sent separately from the new phone. If it doesn't arrive in a couple days, use the Contact Support button at the top of this page to reach Apple directly.
