I redeemed my iTunes card but it won’t let me purchase anything it is frozen, I have $52.22 in my account. Tells me to get help from you.
I redeemed my iTunes card but it won’t let me purchase anything, I have $52.22 in my account. When I try to purchase items it tells me to go to apple.com/support/iTunes/ww , just put $50. On yesterday afternoon says it’s there, just can’t spend it.
