How to download new carrier settings to apple watch
I have switched carriers at&t to Verizon. According to the apple site information I am supposed to download the new carrier but not sure how. No instructions were given

You can manually check for and install a carrier settings update by following these steps:
- Make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile network.
- Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
