I am subscribed to 2.99 subscription for my iTunes but I noticed you billed me 49.99 dollars . Kindly I would want a refund of that money

Plus I would want to know why this was done
I really don’t know why this was done and yet am on the 2.99 package. I did as you asked and I got an automated message that they will Contact me within 24hrs and the have given me a case number
So I have found out that it was billed from another app I have on my phone that I dint know I had subscribed to cause on the end it’s say iTunes
