Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are looking for a receipt for your iCloud Storage upgrade, and you’re not seeing it in your email. Purchases made with your Apple ID should always automatically be emailed to the email address that you use for your Apple ID, but it may take a few days for you to receive the email because Apple may be grouping your bills together:

If you don’t see the iCloud Storage receipt, you can find the charge in your payment history and resend the receipt to yourself. On your iPhone go to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History and find the iCloud Storage charge. Tap Total Billed > Resend from here. This article explains:
