fitness videos "cannot play video"

I am a subscriber and have downloaded some of the videos. Now I am getting a "Cannot play video" and that the workout is "unavailable at this time" for several of the workouts, despite the download and them still being listed.

I am just super frustrated with this app to be honest, if I choose a downloaded workout and it decides I can’t play that one it won’t let me play any of them, even the ones I downloaded but haven’t completed yet! It’s as if it thinks I’m in the middle of a workout (the one that wouldn’t play!), I have tried rebooting my iPad and my Watch but nothing, so I’m all ready to workout and nothing works! I doubt I will renew my membership and Apple doesn’t seem to care either!
