Can someone advice me on how to fix my speaker problem. The speaker is working, but the sound is not loud enough. I adjust the volume etc, but have to take a call using speaker phone. I don’t have the privacy anymore to use my ear. My phone also has the latest update.

Next, go ahead and check if Voice over LTE (VoLTE) is enabled under Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options. If it is, go ahead and disable it by navigating to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable LTE and tapping Data Only.

To confirm, does this only happen when you use the receiver (earpiece) on calls or does it also happen when you use speaker phone or a headset during a call?

Hi, yes the volume is very low at it’s highest volume. When I take calls, I have to use the speakerphone or connect it to my car’s bluetooth. I tried to troubleshoot, see if there were updates available, but so far there is not a solution that helped to fix this problem. I really don’t like taking or making calls in public due to this problem.
