Viewing/Accessing Apple TV+ Outside the US

I am an American with a US credit card. Can I watch Apple TV+ outside the US? Is there geo-blocking put in place by Apple that would prevent me from watching/accessing Apple TV+ outside the US?

To be clear, I am inquiring about Apple TV+, not the Apple TV hardware device.

Formally, Apple services are for your ‘home country’, per the terms and conditions. In the real world, Apple services mostly check the region of the Apple ID account, but not the geolocation of the IP address in use. A trip across the border wouldn’t block Apple media services, according to user reports.
