Interchange a software between iPhone and iPad

Hi, I’m an apple user with Apple ID : ****@ qq.com. About one month or more ago, I bought a software called” Rosetta Stone” from App Store to use it on my iPad which shares a user ID with my iPhone. But it was days before today, my 6-year-old son accidentally transferred Rosetta Stone from my iPad to my iPhone. I’d like to know how to move it back! I’ve called Rosetta Stone but they suggested me to talk with apple. Oh, I don’t remember my login info and all I have is my Apple ID and password.

We understand you have the app Rosetta Stone and it somehow went from your iPad to your iPhone and you want to get it back on the iPhone. We'll be happy to help.

With most apps, you should be able to redownload them back onto your other devices. To download the app again, use these steps: Redownload apps and games from Apple

Regarding the login information for the app, this information on the Rosetta Stone website may be helpful: Reset Your Rosetta Stone Password - Rosetta Stone Support If more help is needed, you will need to reach out to the developers for assistance with that.

Hi, thanks for your reply. But you didn’t quite get my problem.

so, I bought Rosetta through App Store with iPad. Then, I went to my iPhone. Now, I tells me that “ this Apple ID is related to another Rosetta account” when I try to use it with my iPad. i think it was talking about my Rosetta signup account which I don’t remember. Help me if you get it now because my son needs to learn Portuguess with the iPad. Thanks !

Try : settings > your name > iCloud > apps using iCloud > choose Rosetta Stone .

" " " " > manage storage > back ups > show all apps > choose

Rosetta Stone .

for the iPad and iPhone = sync
