Hi
it seems in ios 14 and above you can only delete an app completely from your just from app store
now i have a problem that want to delete two apps that are not on app store anymore and cannot be deleted from app library either
and they troubling me with instagram account
can u please help how to delete them?

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings âž” Screen Time âž” Content & Privacy Restrictions âž” iTunes & App Store Purchases âž” Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW.
