Iphone 12 pro top speaker distortion at piano songs

Hi everybody, I have a problem with my iphone, when I play this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVtMZ7xp8GY&ab_channel=orincat the top speaker is buzzing a lot. There is a lot of distortion at maximum volume and in almost every piano song with hig notes. Is it normal? do you hear a distortion on your iphones? or maybe is only my device.

iPhone ear speaker not working after update The earpiece speaker on my IPhone 13 Pro stopped working after I recently updated my phone to the new IOS 16.0.02. There have been not settings changes, no physical damage and YES, I’ve already tried every single ‘fixing sound issues’ article on Apple Support along with YouTube. None of those things worked.
