Refunds for app purchases

Hello

i filed a claim to refund my money for an accidental Microsoft word purchase. It says in my claims status that my refund was approved and posted, however it has not been refunded to my account. I’m trying to find someone to reach out to but I keep getting redirected. How do I notify Apple that my refund was not received?
