Multiple facetime calls from random numbers including 30-40 people

I saw that Apple had this issue last year, but I just started receiving non-stop facetime requests from a large group of numbers that are not in my contact list. One of them was impossible to ignore and I had to power down my phone. They haven't stopped for about 2 hours now. I have blocked every number that is not already blocked but they keep coming. Anyone else seeing this?
