I’m trying to get my free 1 year subscription to AppleTV but it keeps requiring me to login to Apple ID then says I haven’t made a purchase at I-store “details” just starts cycle again?
On what device is this happening?
Is this regarding a newly set up Apple ID account?
Customers should redeem the offer on their new Apple device in the TV app. That means that you should already be signed in with your Apple ID account on that device.
