Unable to load Books and PDFs

It's been one of two ongoing problems on my iPhone for a while. I have been unable to upload or even sync new books and PDFs on the iBooks app. However, my iPad works just fine for the iBooks. What should I do to fix the problem on my iPhone?

Books simply gives a notification it needs an internet connection. The identical issue resides w/ my iPad Pro 13.2.3. Anyone? 2022 Books STILL does not download books over cellular Related to this: iBooks STILL does not download books over… - Apple Community I have been having this issue since iPhone. 7, now I have iPhone 13 pro max and I still have the same issue. Personal books (pdf, etc) in iBooks can't be downloaded when I only have cellular. it's very frustrating!!! I can't read elsewhere and iBooks keep deleting my offline data after I download from wifi Does anyone has any issue with this as well?? Please help apple!!

Import pdf to Books fails I cannot import pdf files to Books anymore. The import fails. “Importing 0 of 3. Failed: 0” How can I resolve this issue? iOS 15.5 iPhone 7+. I am logged in to iCloud, and have ample storage on my phone & on iCloud.

Same here with my iPhone 8plus.

Syncing worked, but loading only after restart.

Now it starts in my iPad pro 12.9 too.

Worked flawlessly until a few days ago.

I‘m tired of restarting my devices every time I want to download a new book.

Any ideas, Apple?
