How to set a custom zoom level in Numbers?

I'm using an M1 Mac mini and cannot figure out how to set the zoom level to 175% in Numbers. I somehow set the zoom level to 175% a week ago but I accidentally changed it to 200%. I tried ctrl + option + command & + - keys and some similar shortcuts but none of them worked. Can someone help?

Mac mini, 11.2

The zoom controls are upper left in the toolbar:

Two-finger pinching in and out on the trackpad also changes the zoom level.

You can set the default zoom level at Numbers > Preferences > General.
