Multiple itunes subscription fees in one month? FRAUD?

Good day, can anyone help with this URGENT querie?

I had 10 iTunes subscription go off in THE SAME 24 hours on a credit card I have NEVER used for any online purchases.

It seems impossible to get hold of anyone to assist. Gateway error when reporting fraud on Apple website. Only option was to cancel my card and now I am trying to get a refund, but who to speak to is an absolute mystery.

Thank you

See If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.

You can use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to report issues if the purchases were made using your Apple ID. If they don't show up in your purchase history then you likely need to deal with everything through your financial institution.

We're other users and not Apple. We can't see your billing and subscriptions.

You'll have to verify these charges yourself, and discuss this with Apple.

Start here:

And here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

And if your Apple ID has been compromised:

My financial Institution says they have no control over iTunes billing I should sort it out with iTunes. So that is my problem - I am being passed around and nobody is taking responsibility to refund it or provide answers.

So that leaves me with the question, is it FRAUD or a mistake from iTunes that the payment was presented so many times?

My bank contacted me to ask if I was making these (suspicious) purchases, so had they not stopped the card nobody knows how many more times the payments would have been collected.

The reference on my bank statement is APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE , any idea what it is for? There are no problems with any apps etc, this does not show on the statements.

Please help, how do I get my refunds from apple? This is insane.

Thank you
