Apple account locked . I added new payment but still locked . Contact Apple Support

WHy am I locked ?

If your apple ID has been disabled follow these steps:

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
