I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Siri keeps disappearing from my iPhone. I only notice it because I can’t use CarPlay or use voice to text on my phone or watch. It only comes back if I reset the settings, but then I have to reset all my settings - Face ID, passcode, Apple Pay, background and who knows what else. (This isn’t the first time this has happened - and I haven’t had the phone a week.) What am I doing that causes Siri to keep disappearing?

I did find a solution. I have Contents and Privacy Restrictions turned on (since I use Apple Music to play in my office). Siri & Dictation was turned off when that was turned on.
Go to Screen Time >> Content & Privacy Restrictions >> Allowed Apps. Make sure Siri & Dictation is toggled on.

Press and hold the right side button.
Siri is "baked in" and can't be deleted.
Yet it keeps disappearing, disables dictation and CarPlay.
Did you ever find a solution? This keeps happening to mine as well. It is just completely gone from settings and holding down side button does not work.
