i have a question about carplay and the brand new vechile i just bought

I am trying to use apple CarPlay on new vehicle which is a camper. Works fine at home but riding down the road (a real bumpy road) it cut out. I unplugged it and plugged back in but as soon as I hit another bump it cut out again. This was an interstate highway so you know you going to have rough roads. What is the solution to keep this from happening. If you are trying to follow directions in maps this could spell disaster

Contact your dealer. Sounds like you have a loose connection in the infotainment system somewhere.
