Mail wants ti sign using key "PrivateKey"

Yesterday, I was prompted to create a digital signature -- I believe by Acrobat Reader. Today, each time I send an email, I get the messsage "Mail wants to sign using key 'privateKey' in your keychain. How do I turn this off?

Quit all open programs.

Make sure you know all your passwords, because you may have to rebuild your keychain from scratch.

Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access.

Try first to locate anything by Adobe, and remove it.

In there you will find something that will allow you to rebuild your keychains if the problem persists after doing that.

Thanks. There are about a dozen Adobe-related passwords in my keychain, but none of them match the date I was asked to create a digital signature. Consequently, I didn't delete any of them. On an unrelated note, I was surprised to hundreds of Apple-related passwords and about 200 iMessage Signing Keys and iMessage Encryption keys, none of which had a modification date or expiration date.
