(mid 2012 15") MacBook Pro
I have a mid 2012 15" MacBook Pro.
I'm currently running Catalina 10.15.7, and I'm using 299.74 of 500.07 GB. Will I be able to upgrade to Big Sur?
Thanks,
Beverly

from past experience, once a model line is dropped, they are never re-added at a later date. sorry.

catalina is as far as that MBP can go.
big sur requires a late 2013 and newer.
Thanks for the quick response. Do you know if there are plans to expand the availability to older MacBooks? Or is that it?
Thanks again.
Beverly
i should have added that while you cannot upgrade to big sur, catalina will likely remain supported at least for the near future.
