My I watch will not reset my password is not working need to pair with my new phone old phone broke

old phone broken got a new phone all of a sudden my password for I watch not working

My I watch was ahead of my iphone11 so it kept restarting the process over and over for 5 hrs what should I do I forgot my password after not using the I watch for months . So when I tried resetting so that I could creat a new password the iPhone kept resetting the process over and over as if the I watch was ahead of the I phone for hours . I have totally failed to pair the two so that I can use the I watch again . Any suggestions?

You have to remove the watch from your old phone first;
