Apple watch lock

Hi there, accidentally I put my watch on my pocket and It lock On me because the watch is saying that I did too many attempts to unlock it. I don’t know how that happened I was inside of my pocket but now I read something online saying to unpaired . Unfortunately I didn’t do it the right way now I don’t have nothing In the Apple Watch app on my phone and my Apple Watch is locked. I don’t know if he sounds like that happens to anybody but I need help. Thank you much you guys have a great day
