Need help with missing PK XD account

I had the APP for both my kids on their own ipads and I realized they were not registered and per your website I made an account and it let me register both kids games on one account. Than 10 minutes later one kid got logged off and all her items we purchased ( almost $100 ) were gone and it automatically signed in the other childs account. I have tried several times to contact the developer and have not heard back. This was 2/25/21. Can anyone offer any info that could help me resolve this?
