Two iPhones Ringing at the Same Time?

We Have different phone numbers, Why Are Our iPhones Ringing at the Same Time?

My wife and I have two iPhone 8's, each with a different phone number and a different Apple ID.

Both phones are at iSO14.4

Calls to my iPhone will ring a few times and then start ringing on on her phone. Face Time calls do the same thing. However, calls to her phone do not roll over to mine (good!).

Checking the settings on mine, Call Forwarding is off and Calls on other Devices is off.

We are on T-Mobile service.

This is rather annoying
