We had no connection for a week. We contacted Watch It and we manage to resolve the problem. Can we be compensated for this week of non service?

We're other users like you, and not Apple. If you wish to request a refund or credit from Apple for whatever might have happened here, you'll need to discuss this directly with the folks that work for Apple. If you're having issues with your cellular carrier or ISP or some other service, you'll want to discuss a refund or credit with them. But little progress toward your desired refund or credit might or will happen through these ASC discussions, as we're not folks that work for Apple.

No connection to what? Apple does not provide connectivity, that would be up to your cellular provider or Internet provider.
This has nothing to do with Apple.
