Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
2 months ago my son deleted our photos taken over Nov - Jan. When I tried to retrieve these they are now not showing in the 'deleted mailbox' as I am guessing they are now older than 30days deleted and now listed as permanently deleted.... I urgently want to get them back. Who do I email to help do this as I understand they will still be stored somewhere in the cloud with Apple??

You would've have to backed it up prior to it being deleted either to your computer, thumb drive or cd as outlined in this link Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
