Deceptive website warning

hello

I was wondering if anyone could help me... I have recently clicked on a link within an email which appeared to be from someone I know and trust. The link opened with the page below I was wondering whether this is a legitimate warning? And then whether I need to now do anything to prevent or remove malware etc?
