Hello I recently received a link that said apple security, apple notification which said I went on an adult website and had multiple viruses that will delete my contacts and that I needed to download uncure I was just wondering and worrying if this was true it was a link connect-upc.com can I trust it or not?

Those are all scams. On an iPhone, websites can only check files you manually upload, and applications can only scan their own documents.
