IOS 9.3.5 - I see NO files in my Icloud Drive from other devices

I have several devices.. All have an IOS higher than 10. THey can see all the files in the ICLOUD drive.. However my newly added IOS 9.3.5 sees nothing.. help?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your iCloud Drive on your iOS device running iOS 9.3.5. We'd like to help.


Just to confirm, when you open the iCloud Drive, do you see any files but they're not opening or they are not even listed there? Have you ensured that iCloud Drive is set up correctly? Check out this resource to be sure:
