Trusted devices list is not available.

I've Been having an issue on and off where some of my apps won't work. Took me awhile to figure out why, for some reason my iPad was doing this a couple of days ago, then started behaving after rebooting it three times. Now my iPhone has done the same thing. When I go into my account settings I get "Trusted devices list is not available." I really don't want to have to reboot my devices over and over until they figure out they are a trusted device.

Just to confirm, have you tried to sign into your Apple ID on a computer web browser, then followed these steps to check the Trusted Device list?

- Open this link to learn more about Two-factor authentication for Apple ID
- Scroll down to "View and manage your trusted devices" for your next steps

Also, follow this link to View and remove your associated devices for purchases

I verified that the devices are both trusted devices and they are both properly set up for two factor authentication. As recently as 12 hours ago I had issues with the iPad all of a sudden not opening apps. I checked, once again it has no trusted devices in the list. I had to turn the iPad on and off a couple of times.
