My Shazam isn’t online but i have net how to get online

I have net on my phone (wifi or cellular is on) but my shazam app is offline

how to get it online?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

Shazam not working on Iphone14 When I tap on my Shazam app, it will not respond and does not come up. I have tried deleting it from my home page and reinstalling it, and it still does the same thing. Not sure what to do next.

if you using the cellular data

please make the the you turn it on from shazam

by going to Settings > Cellular > Shazam - make sure it's on
