MMS Enabling Anytime I try to send a picture to anybody who does not have an iPhone it tells me MMS must be enabled. It is enabled. I've done the toggling on and off, the restarting, etc. My old phone (12 Pro Max) worked perfect, I just recently did the update to the new 13 promax. I have cellular data turned on. I just don't understand why this keeps happening to me I am ATT.

You need MMS enabled by your carrier. and in your Settings. See the Pic below
