Making an Apple device safer for kids.

I want to make my son's iPhone safe for him to use by disabling Safari, how do I achieve this on an iPhone SE 2?

It doesn't seem like I am able to let them browse the internet for things without getting on specific adult websites but not limit them to just children websites. I had type in the NEVER allow spot some websites but they were still accessible. why is restricted safari showing up on my kids XR We do not allow Safari on our child's phone. Today is showed up on their home screen and she can't delete. It is still restricted in Screen Time settings. What to do? Thank you!

Disallowed app still showing on home screen I am trying to disallow Safari on my child’s device. I have my child in my “Family”, so I can setup screen time for him on my phone. When go to Content Restrictions > Allowed Apps and deselect Safari, it still appears on his Home Screen. I can even look at Allowed Apps on his phone and see that it is disabled, but it still shows up on his Home Screen? This seems like a bug. Help!
