How do I edit inaccurate sleep data I added in the health app?

My new Apple Watch didn’t capture a couple of nights of my sleep so I went to add the data manually on the health app. However, when doing so the data inputted wasn’t accurate. How do I undo this last action so I can sustain accurate trend data? The health app currently reports I’m sleeping 14 hours a night on average.
