Desktop Picture Setting

Under the DESKTOP picture settings tab, I see a Folders directory with "Pictures" folder under that. What is the file path for that "pictures" folder or where is it actually located in the file system?

Mac mini 2018 or later

It's the default Pictures folder.

If you click on Pictures in the Finder Sidebar, does it show there?

Duh...my error. You are correct. The reason I did not see it was because the image was white with transparent background. I feel stupid. Anyway, it is there. Thanks for your super quick response dialabrain!
