IPad stuck on a boot loop

my ipad ran out of battery so i connected the iPad to the charger it started on the logo screen then it changed to a battery logo then it keeps on doing that also the battery logo is the logo that is charging when the iPad is turned off please help

It’s never a good idea to completely discharge an iPad battery.


Unless the iPad battery has at least a minimal level of charge, the iPad will fail to boot. Your description suggests that initial boot, triggered when connecting the Power Adapter, is failing due to inadequate power. Catch 22.


That aside, perhaps your iPad Power Adapter or cable have a fault; if you are able to do so, to eliminate these items as potential cause of the problem, you should systematically substitute the Power Adapter and cable for known-good items.
