My custom voice mail setting keeps defaulting to default. I am not sure what default means but I have stopped getting any voicemails at all. My custom voice mail greeting gets recorded but the save button never turns blue from pale gray. So it just goes to default and I never get a voicemail. My friends tell me that they can not leave a voice mail for me.
Can anyone help?

YOur cell phone provider can, that is their feature.
