It says My iPhone has been infected by this virus “Trojan virus” I’m only 13 and I’m seeking for help on here it says that my phone has been 17% hacked already somebody please help me.

The message is a scam presented by criminals. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
