My daughter's phone shows up on Find My "people" but shows offline on "devices". Any one else experience this. Has been lost but is showing the same location for over 72 hours but no where to be found. We call it, it rings. We text it, it delivers. We FaceTime it, it rings. Baffled!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your daughter's iPhone appears "Offline" in Find My but messages and calls appear to go through.
An iPhone may appear as offline for a few reasons such as running out of battery or not being connected to the Internet. You can still play a sound, send a message and other Find My actions but your iPhone won't receive them until it reconnects. Check out If Find My iPhone is offline or not working.
