How do you change from Celsius to Fahrenheit on Apple Watch?

My watch is in degrees Celsius and I want Fahrenheit.

Go to the Weather app on your phone and change the Celsius to Fahrenheit for the display of temperatures. See the C/F in the bottom left of the phone app below
