Mistake purchase

Hey, I mistakenly made a subscription & chose the wrong payment option for it. I was meant to choose the monthly payment, but instead I picked the yearly payment. I called Apple Support about 48 hours ago, they gave me a case number & said I should receive my refund by now but unfortunately I have not. Please assist me with re-opening this case.

Refunds are often processed the same day, but I believe Apple state that it can take up to 72 hours, and your financial institution may take as long to show your refund once it has been processed at Apple's end. You should be able to track the progress of your request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
