Blank Apple pdf's

Every time Apple send me an invoice and I try and print it, it comes out blank - except the email header.

Even in pdf preview, still blank.

Only happens with Apple, all other print pdf's work fine.

Get around it by screenshot, but not the way I want to continue.

Any idea's

Thank you for the reply and a good question, so here we go.............

Apple send me invoices to a Gmail account which is one linked to AppleMail.

I looked at the Gmail original from google email web page and everything was there.

Preview, Print and save as 'pdf' all great.

From AppleMail I forwarded the apple email to my iCloud address and went online to open iCloud Web Page

Also forwarded the Gmail email over to the iCloud account as well.

So we now have two iCloud emails - one direct from Gmail and the one sent from the AppleMail

Result:

Looking at both of them we can see the whole email, try to print, Preview or save as pdf - All Blank and just prints a blank page.

Not even header of footer - just date , time & 'iCloud Mail'.

If we forward the Gmail email back from the google web page, then all ok.

So it's as if Google is cleaning it up and decrypting it for Apple.

Simple answer would be for Apple to email their invoices as pdf in the first place, instead of the silly 'preview view' which then need printing - Save as pdf as they are at the moment.

Hi Matthew.S81, thanks for the reply.

It's not Apple Store invoices, it's the iTune invoices that come in every month.

png attached.

All other print pdf's and any printing is fine, its just the ones from Apple.

In fact on another note, we are not receiving them from email now, we have to download from iTunes Store ' Recent Purchase'

Hi Eric-F

There has been an apple case open since 9th January 2021 with no response.

Hence the reason to ask the community.

Nothing to do with Gmail as it works perfect if I just use Gmail.

It's an Apple, AppleMail or iCloud issue. And only affects Apple Invoices.

Not mega important, I just have to screen shoot the page (or use Gmail).

Just one of those annoying issues that we would like to solve.

Thanks again.
