camera issue

I’m currently using an i phone 5s. For the first time i’m having an issue in my back camera. Once i go into the camera i can take couple of photos after that it freezes. Is it a software problem or something else? I’m using ios 12.5.1 which is the latest update. Hope i’ll receive an quick response. Thank you
